This is most important in our line of work. As a Care Assistant, you will provide essential support to individuals in need, helping them with daily activities and ensuring their well-being. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others. You will be become competent in the following tasks: - Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing - Help clients with mobility and transfers - Provide companionship and emotional support - Administer medication according to prescribed schedules - Assist with meal planning and preparation - Perform light housekeeping tasks, including laundry and tidying up - Escort clients to appointments or social outings - Document client care activities and report any changes in their condition to the supervisor Skills: - Empathy and compassion for others - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work well in a team environment - Strong organisational skills and attention to detail - Patience and understanding when working with individuals with diverse needs - Ability to follow instructions and adhere to care plans - Basic knowledge of health and safety practices Minimum Requirements: - Great communication skills - written and verbal - Ability to work under pressure - A lot of personality! - Willingness to complete our training - Right to work in UK If you are passionate about providing quality care and making a difference in the lives of others, we would love to hear from you.
