This is a senior-level commercial position responsible for overseeing the financial and contractual management of multiple roofing contracts within social housing frameworks. The successful candidate will play a key role in protecting margins, managing risk, and leading commercial activities across a portfolio of works. In addition to project-level responsibilities, the Senior Quantity Surveyor will provide leadership and guidance to junior commercial staff and support strategic commercial decision-making within the division.
