Join our team under one of our major contracts as a courier / parcel delivery driver. Fast paced and plenty of work year round! We look after our team with 24/7 support while on and off the road. You will be given a clean, modern and well maintained van to drive (must be comfortable an experienced driving long wheel based vehicles) We do not charge any van hire or rental charges, we supply the van, insurance and diesel. You will be paid £3300 per month as a self employed delivery driver. This is what you get you do not need to pay anything out of this! Bonuses and overtime are available. We pay a full day for half a days work on a Saturday. We need experienced multi drop delivery drivers who can offer fast service to our customers while maintaining safe driving conditions. The day starts at 7:30am at our Team Valley Depot and you are free to head home as soon as you complete your work. Many of our drivers are finished at around 3pm during normal months of the year however due to the Christmas rush it averages around 5pm at the moment. Fitness Instructor (Women’s Only Gym) We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Fitness Instructor to join our team at our women’s-only gym. This role is ideal for someone passionate about health and fitness, with the ability to inspire, support, and motivate women of all ages and abilities. Key Responsibilities • Deliver safe, engaging, and effective fitness classes tailored to women’s needs (e.g. strength, cardio, HIIT, yoga, Pilates)., • Provide one-to-one support on the gym floor, helping members use equipment correctly and safely., • Create personalised workout programmes and offer guidance on exercise techniques., • Promote a positive, welcoming, and inclusive environment where members feel comfortable and motivated., • Monitor and maintain gym equipment, ensuring health and safety standards are met., • Encourage member retention by building strong relationships and supporting individual fitness goals. Skills & Experience • Level 2 Gym Instructor qualification (essential); Level 3 Personal Trainer (desirable)., • Experience working in a gym, health club, or fitness environment., • Excellent communication and motivational skills., • Ability to adapt sessions for different fitness levels and individual needs., • Friendly, approachable, and professional attitude.
