Engineering Solutions into Manufacturing Rugby, Warwickshire (Hybrid - On the road) Why This Role Is Good • Established engineering manufacturer with a strong reputation, • Existing manufacturing accounts to manage and grow, • Freedom to win new business and build your patch, • Report to a hands-on Sales Director who knows the accounts, • Proper SME environment – trusted to get on with it. The Role You’ll inherit a small group of engineering and manufacturing accounts and develop them, while also bringing in new customers. • Sell engineering / manufacturing solutions, • Build relationships with engineers, production managers and buyers, • Grow existing accounts and expand spend, • Win new manufacturing customers What They’re Looking For • B2B sales experience (engineering / manufacturing helpful), • Comfortable talking to technical people and engineers, • Strong relationship builder, • Someone who enjoys winning new accounts, • Self-starter who likes autonomy in an SME This Role Is Not For Everyone You probably won’t enjoy this role if you prefer: • Sitting in an office waiting for enquiries, • Selling low value / high volume products, • Being heavily managed You’ll enjoy it if you like: • Building long-term relationships with manufacturing customers, • Winning new accounts and growing revenue, • Working in a straightforward SME environment.
