Our Psychologists work collaboratively within our schools and children’s homes, this ensures that therapeutic support permeates every aspect of the education, care and support we offer all of our children and young people. The kind of person we’re looking for will: * Be a qualified Clinical, Educational, Forensic or Counselling Psychologist registered with the HCPC * Be a specialist with proven skills and experience to assess, formulate and support the delivery of therapeutic interventions with children and young people with complex needs * Have experience of supporting the team around a child or young person to provide clinically informed living and learning environments and experiences * Be a confident, engaging and effective, model, guide, leader and trainer * Be highly organised and ready to take the initiative * Be committed to ensuring the best outcomes for young people This is a great opportunity to change young lives and have a positive impact on their future.
