    Role Overview TEA FOREVER LTD is a UK-based company specialising in the promotion and distribution of tea products and related lifestyle goods. The company focuses on developing its brand presence across both online and offline channels, offering high-quality tea products to customers in the UK and international markets. As the company continues to expand its brand awareness and marketing activities, we are seeking a creative and motivated Marketing Executive to support the company’s marketing and promotional initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing marketing materials, managing digital marketing channels, and supporting brand promotion activities across different markets. The role will involve producing marketing content in both English and Chinese, including promotional materials, online content and product descriptions, in order to support the company’s communication with customers and partners in both the UK and Chinese-speaking markets. The Marketing Executive will work closely with the management team to develop marketing strategies, improve brand visibility, and support the company’s continued growth. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote the company’s tea products and brand across online and offline channels. Create marketing materials including product descriptions, promotional content, newsletters and social media posts in both English and Chinese. Manage and update digital marketing platforms including the company website, e-commerce channels and social media accounts. Support the development of bilingual marketing materials such as brochures, advertisements and promotional campaigns. Conduct market research to identify customer trends, target audiences and new marketing opportunities. Monitor marketing performance and analyse campaign results to improve marketing effectiveness. Coordinate with designers, partners and external marketing agencies to support marketing activities. Assist in organising promotional events, product launches and brand marketing campaigns. Maintain consistent brand messaging and ensure marketing materials align with the company’s brand identity. Support the management team in developing marketing strategies to expand the company’s market presence. Recruitment Requirements At least two years of experience in marketing, digital marketing or brand promotion. Experience in content creation, social media management or marketing campaign coordination. Strong writing skills with the ability to produce marketing materials and promotional content. Good understanding of digital marketing platforms and online marketing strategies. Ability to work independently and manage multiple marketing tasks simultaneously. Strong organisational and communication skills. Good English communication skills are required. Mandarin Chinese language skills are required, as the role involves producing bilingual marketing materials and communicating with Chinese-speaking partners or customers. Creative thinking and the ability to contribute ideas for marketing campaigns and brand promotion.
