Job Description Overview of Position - The Community Living Delegating Nurse (RN CM/DN) for Ardmore Enterprises is responsible for assessing and overseeing the nursing care needs of people supported by the organization. The RN CM/DN will visit the community living group homes, as well as people supported in Supported Living and Personal Supports (where applicable) routinely, based on assessed need.
