WHAT YOU'LL DO: Document & Records Management * Organize and maintain digital and physical files, ensuring accurate indexing and secure storage. * Support corporate governance documentation, including entity filings, annual reports, and business licenses. * Administer legal department databases, contract repositories, and document management systems. Administrative Support * Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate internal and external communications for the risk team. * Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and reports.
