This role involves traveling between properties to conduct apartment inspections, coordinate maintenance, deliver notices for rent and lease violations, and perform administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adept at multitasking, and has strong communication skills to interact with tenants and vendors. Key Responsibilities: • Property Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of apartments across multiple properties to ensure compliance with safety, cleanliness, and lease standards., • Maintenance Coordination: Identify maintenance issues, coordinate repairs with vendors or maintenance staff, and follow up to ensure timely resolution., • Notice Delivery: Professionally and timely deliver rent payment reminders, lease violation notices, and other tenant communications., • Administrative Duties: Manage tenant records, prepare reports, handle correspondence, and perform office tasks such as data entry and scheduling, on-site or at a central office., • Travel: Drive to various properties within the Nashville, Gallatin, and Hendersonville areas to perform assigned duties, ensuring efficient time management and reliable transportation.Qualifications:, • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in property management, leasing, or a related field preferred.Skills:, • Strong organizational and time-management skills., • Excellent verbal and written communication for tenant and vendor interactions., • Familiarity with property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio) is a plus., • Basic knowledge of maintenance processes and apartment standards., • Requirements:, • Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle for travel between properties., • Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule., • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar tools for administrative tasks., • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or a related field is a plus.Work Environment:, • This role requires frequent travel to multiple properties within Nashville, Gallatin and Hendersonville areas., • Combination of fieldwork (inspections, notice delivery) and office-based administrative tasks., • Occasional evening or weekend work may be required to meet tenant or property needs.Salary Range:, • Annual Salary: $40,000 - $60,000, depending on experience, location, and number of properties managed., • Benefits: May include mileage reimbursement, health insurance, paid time off, and performance bonuses (based on company policy).How to Apply: Please submit your resume and a cover letter detailing your relevant experience to Sharyn Hudson at .
