Job Description We are partnering with a longstanding, industry-leading manufacturer experiencing significant growth and seeking a Production Assembler to join their team. What You’ll Do • Assemble mechanical and electronic components following established procedures and specifications., • Perform quality checks to ensure all products meet safety and performance standards., • Safely and effectively operate hand and power tools., • Inspect parts and assemblies, reporting any visible defects., • Read and interpret work instructions, blueprints, and quality alerts., • Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant workspace., • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines., • Communicate issues or improvement ideas to supervisors and teammates., • Follow all safety rules, company policies, and production procedures. What We’re Looking For • Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly (preferred)., • Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work., • Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination., • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs., • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills., • Team-oriented mindset with a positive, proactive attitude., • Dependable attendance and a solid work ethic., • Willingness to take on new challenges and adapt as needed.
