Job Description Arby’s Supply Chain Cooperative (ARCOP) REPORTS TO: Director of Compliance LOCATION: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid) STATUS: Full-time POSITION SUMMARY: The Compliance Operations Analyst is responsible for end-to-end ownership of key compliance processes, compliance-related contract management activities, reporting, and support of internal and external risk assessments. This role focuses on ensuring compliance processes and data are well-documented, accurate, and operating effectively, with a strong emphasis on data integrity, documentation standards, and audit readiness. The Compliance Operations Analyst proactively identifies and addresses compliance and risk issues and demonstrates strong critical thinking, attention to detail, urgency, and accountability in moving work forward. Compliance Process Management • Own assigned compliance processes from end to end, ensuring they are clearly documented, current, and operating as designed, • Develop, maintain, and update standard operating procedures (SOPs), workflows, and supporting documentation, • Execute compliance processes consistently and accurately, identifying any process gaps, ensuring deadlines and requirements are met, • Support day-to-day compliance responsibilities related to contracts, including tracking obligations, renewals, and compliance requirements, • Help maintain accurate and organized contract documentation and supporting records including NDAs, MSAs, MDAs, and Product & Pricing Agreements, • Assist with internal risk assessments, documenting risks, controls, and mitigation strategies, • Support external risk audits, assessments, and reviews by gathering evidence, responding to requests, and tracking follow-up items, • Understands compliance processes, contract obligations, and risk controls, • Executes assigned processes end-to-end with consistency and accountability, • Identifies gaps, risks, and inconsistencies and applies sound judgment, • Maintains high standards for accuracy, documentation, and data integrity, • Communicates clearly and professionally with internal and external stakeholders, • Tracks commitments, prioritizes work, and drives tasks to completion, • Works effectively across legal, procurement, and business teams, • Compliance processes are fully documented, current, and operating as designed, • Monthly pricing and contract compliance activities are completed accurately and on time, • Compliance and contract records are complete, organized, and audit-ready, • Internal and external risk assessments are supported with timely, accurate documentation, • Remediation actions are tracked, documented, and validated through completion, • Stakeholders receive timely, clear responses to compliance-related questions, • Process gaps or risks are proactively identified and escalated appropriately, • Contributions made to improving compliance processes, documentation, or controls REQUIREMENTS: • BS/BA Degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, Compliance, or other related fields, • 2-5+ years of professional relevant experience, • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with sound judgment, • High attention to detail with a demonstrated commitment to data integrity, accuracy, and documentation standards, • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills, • Strong organizational skills with effective follow-up and prioritization, • Ability to manage multiple priorities with urgency and accountability, • Process-oriented mindset with the ability to follow and execute defined procedures, • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across functions, • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: • Achieved Certified Restaurant Supply Chain Professional (CRSCP), • Experience or exposure in compliance, risk management, audit, contracts, or related fields, • Experience supporting SOP development, process mapping, or compliance documentation, • Familiarity with regulatory, policy-driven, or controls-based environments, • Interest in process improvement, operational excellence, or compliance program support, • Familiarity with compliance and productivity tools (e.g., Ironclad, Visio, workflow tools, Asana, AI-enabled tools) LOCATION: Candidate required to reside in the Atlanta metro area ARCOP, Inc. earned designation as a Great Place to Work-Certified™ company, in 2019.
