About the Team: The Sales Team at Bluberi is a high-performing group responsible for driving revenue by identifying opportunities, nurturing relationships, and closing deals. Working closely with teams across operations support, legal, finance, marketing, and revenue operations, we focus on transforming the ordinary into the extraordinary. Position Summary: The Sales Support Specialist plays an essential role in driving operational efficiency and alignment within the Bluberi sales organization. This role is responsible for administering Salesforce.com, supporting the Quote-to-Cash (QTC) process via NetSuite, and producing data-driven executive reporting. The position requires a strong attention to detail, systems thinking, and a collaborative mindset. The ideal candidate is someone who embodies Bluberi’s core values. This is an internal-facing role with no direct customer contact. The focus is on supporting internal stakeholders and improving process and data integrity across sales operations. Core Responsibilities: Salesforce.com Administration & Process Optimization • Maintain accurate and consistent sales pipeline and opportunity data in Salesforce.com., • Support Salesforce user training, documentation, and process standardization across the sales organization., • Coordinate and support Quote-to-Cash activities in NetSuite, including quote creation, pricing validations, contract routing, and order entry., • Monitor and improve workflow handoffs between Sales, Finance, and Operations., • Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Salesforce and Excel to support leadership visibility into sales KPIs, forecasting, and operational performance., • Conduct regular pipeline and revenue analysis to support quarterly business reviews and strategic planning., • Maintain internal sales documentation, workflows, and process guides., • Provide support during onboarding of new sales team members, including training on internal tools and systems., • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience., • 2+ years in a sales operations or sales support role, preferably in a B2B environment., • Hands-on experience with Salesforce.com administration, reporting, and workflow optimization., • Proficiency in NetSuite, specifically in support of the Quote-to-Cash process., • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel; solid working knowledge of PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams., • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities., • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on clarity and collaboration. Employment classifications are based on the guidelines of the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and, as circumstances dictate, Bluberi may review or change employment classifications at any time. Exempt: Exempt Team members are paid on a salary basis and are not eligible to receive overtime pay. Non-exempt: Non-exempt Team members are paid on an hourly basis and are eligible to receive overtime pay for overtime hours worked. Regular, full time: Team members who are not in a temporary status and work a minimum of 30 hours weekly and maintain continuous employment status. These Team members are eligible for the full-time benefits package and are subject to the terms, conditions, and limitations of each benefits program.
