Job Description Role Summary The Partner Success Manager owns the performance and growth of our reseller/dealer partner network. This role focuses on enabling partners to sell, install, and support dashcam solutions successfully through vetting, onboarding, training, resources, relationship management, and related programs. Success is measured not just by partner revenue, but also by partner engagement, certification, problem-solving, installation quality, and long-term loyalty. Core Objectives • Grow partner revenue and reorder frequency, • Increase partner activation and onboarding speed, • Expand partner network and market reach, • Strengthen partner loyalty and retention, • Improve certification program and technical competency Key Responsibilities • Partner Onboarding & Activation, • Manage partner vetting and onboarding journey, • Conduct intro calls and expectation setting, • Guide partners through NDA → first order → portal access, • Ensure early partner success within first 30–60 days, • Training & Certification, • Drive adoption of installer certification programs, • Coordinate live and on-demand training, • Identify skill gaps and training opportunities, • Collaborate on LMS / Partner Portal content, • Relationship Management, • Serve as primary day-to-day partner contact including orders, questions, issues, • Conduct regular check-ins with top partners, • Reach out to partners who have reduced orders / engagement, • Nuture new partners yet to activate, order, engage, • Resolve partner friction points proactively, • Gather feedback to improve programs and tools, • Growth of Existing Partner Revenue, • Promote partner promos, tier programs, and incentives, • Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, • Encourage stock orders and pre-season buys, • Support co-marketing initiatives, • Educate regarding alternative brands/models, • Partner Network Expansion, • Proactively recruit new partners in target markets, • Fill geographic installer gaps, • Support partner directory expansion KPIs / Success Metrics • Revenue & Growth, • Partner revenue growth %, • Avg partner order value, • Reorder frequency, • Activation, • Time to first order, • % of new partners activated within 60 days, • Engagement, • Portal utilization, • Partner email engagement rate, • Certification completion rate, • Training attendance, • Network Health, • Tracking of active partners, • Coverage by region, • Partner retention rate Internal Interaction • Supports / Works Closely With:, • Sales Ops → pricing, tiers, reporting, • Marketing → partner campaigns, content, • Training/LMS → onboarding and certification programs, • Support → installation & product escalations, • Procurement → partner inventory planning Required Skills & Education • Impeccable attention to detail, • Relationship-first mindset, • Excellent communications skills (written and verbal), • Not afraid to ask questions to learn and grow, • Solution-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude, • Computer literate, tech savvy, eager to learn about electronics Preferred Skills & Experience • Bachelor's degree highly preferred or equivalent experience, • Sales, partner success, or account management experience, • Training / onboarding delivery, • CRM and pipeline tracking, • Program coordination, • Automotive, fleet, or 12V industry exposure
