Job Description Head Artisan Baker Location: Charlotte Salary: $75,000 – $85,000 Job Type: Full-Time About the Opportunity We are seeking a passionate and highly skilled Head Artisan Baker to lead a high-volume, scratch bakery program in Charlotte. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with deep expertise in sourdough fermentation, artisan bread production, and French pastry techniques. You’ll be responsible for elevating the bread and pastry program while mentoring a team and ensuring every product reflects craftsmanship, consistency, and quality. Position Overview As Head Artisan Baker, you will oversee all aspects of production — from naturally leavened breads to refined pastries — while building systems that support both high-volume output and artisan-level execution. This is a working leadership role, requiring daily involvement in production, fermentation management, and team development.
