Guests visit us for golf, outstanding food, celebrations, business meetings, leagues, corporate events, and time with friends and family. Our mission is simple: create an experience guests cannot wait to come back to. WHAT YOU WILL DO As a Caddie, you will own the guest experience from arrival through departure. You will: • Welcome every guest with warmth and professionalism., • Explain the golf experience, menu, and venue confidently., • Recommend food, beverages, memberships, leagues, and special events naturally., • Deliver food and beverages accurately and efficiently., • Monitor your assigned golf bays and dining area throughout every visit., • Keep guest areas clean, organized, safe, and presentation-ready., • Anticipate guest needs before they ask., • Communicate proactively with bartenders, kitchen staff, and managers., • Resolve guest concerns confidently and involve management whenever appropriate., • Help create memorable experiences every shift. Outstanding Caddies may advance into positions such as: • Bartender, • Certified Trainer, • Floor Manager, • Customer Experience Manager (CEM), • Operations Leadership PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS • Restaurant, hotel, club, or hospitality experience preferred., • Strong communication and interpersonal skills., • Ability to remain organized during high-volume service., • Evening, weekend, and holiday availability. REQUIREMENTS • Must be 18 or older., • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States., • Texas Food Handler and TABC certifications, or the ability to obtain them within company guidelines. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS To successfully perform this position, team members should be able to: • Stand and walk for extended periods., • Carry food and beverage trays safely., • Lift and move up to 30 pounds., • Push or move golf bags, chairs, and light equipment as needed., • Work safely throughout golf bays, dining areas, and service stations.
