Job Qualifications To thrive as the Restaurant General Manager in Phoenix, AZ, you must demonstrate: • A minimum of 4+ years of leadership experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant environment., • Expert knowledge of restaurant operations, with a strong understanding of food, beverage, and service standards., • Outstanding organizational, communication, and leadership skills., • Proficiency with managing financial aspects of a restaurant, including sales goals, labor costs, and cash-handling procedures., • Ability to work standing up for extended periods and work a schedule of 50–55 hours weekly., • Proven ability to inspire your team and create a positive, inclusive work culture.
