This role is a blend of service and sales, including prospecting for new customers and expanding your service route by promoting solutions to nearby homes and businesses. The ideal candidate demonstrates attention to detail, time management, and safety compliance at all times. They show confidence and energy when interacting with customers, generating leads, and closing sales. They are also coachable and flexible, without needing unstructured environments. Also required is strong emotional control in a job that may involve pressure, working alone, and in tight crawl spaces. The Pest Control Sales Technician is well-suited for those who are driven, disciplined, and confident — with a strong sense of responsibility and comfort in a physical and dynamic work setting, and a desire to earn through performance.
