Position/Title: Exhibit Carpenter Job Type: Full-Time Work Location: Las Vegas Compensation: $25 - $30/hr. Benefits: Full suite of benefits, including 401(k), Health, Dental, Vision, & PTO Key Responsibilities: • Cut, fabricate, and assemble wooden and other materials to create trade show structures and displays according to detailed specifications, • Operate a variety of carpentry tools and equipment safely and efficiently, • Follow all health and safety standards and protocols to maintain a safe working environment, • Collaborate with team members and project managers to meet deadlines and quality standards, • Maintain a clean and organized work area, • Inspect completed work for quality, durability, and adherence to specifications Skills and Qualifications: • Proven experience as a carpenter, cabinet maker, or similar role, preferably in event or trade show environments, • Strong knowledge of wood properties, Formica, laminating, cabinet construction, wall panels, carpentry materials, and tools, • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications, • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, • Good understanding of health and safety standards related to carpentry and construction, • Effective communication skills and a team-oriented attitude

This role focuses on completing final-stage construction tasks on commercial and large residential projects. The ideal candidate takes pride in delivering high-quality finishing work and ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards before turnover. Key Responsibilities: • Complete punch list items on commercial and large residential construction projects, • Perform touch-up and finish work including:, • Paint touch-ups and minor repainting, • Drywall patching, repair, and texture matching, • Cabinetry adjustments and repairs, • Trim installation and repairs, • Door and hardware adjustments, • Basic carpentry modifications and corrections, • Identify deficiencies and proactively address quality issues, • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, • 4+ years of carpentry or finish carpentry experience (commercial or large scale, multi family residential preferred)., • Strong knowledge of construction finishing processes, • Ability to complete detailed work with minimal supervision, • Skilled in paint, drywall repair, cabinetry adjustments, and trim work, • Ability to read punch lists and follow project specifications, • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Requirements Requirements: • Must provide own tools appropriate for finish carpentry and punch work, • Must have full Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), • Reliable transportation, • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders as needed
