Job DescriptionBenefits: • 401(k), • Bonus based on performance, • Competitive salary Purpose: Support all Absolute Recomp club locations within your assigned territory by overseeing daily maintenance needs, conducting preventive upkeep, and resolving issues with urgency. This role plays a vital part in delivering the high-quality member experience our brand promises, ensuring equipment reliability, safety, and uninterrupted club operations. Duties and Responsibilities: Inspect, test, and repair fitness equipment to ensure safety, functionality, and compliance with manufacturer and company standards. Replace or repair worn or damaged parts and hardware to maintain structural integrity (bolts, cables, upholstery, etc.). Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on all fitness equipment according to company standards and manufacturer recommendations. Coordinate with vendors and manufacturers for specialized repairs, warranty claims, or replacement parts. Perform minor facility-related tasks when necessary (e.g., equipment flooring, mirrors, or small fixture adjustments). Conduct safety inspections to confirm equipment is properly secured, bolted, lubricated, and aligned. Track maintenance cycles and proactively address potential failures before they impact member experience. Use the Fitness EMS system to create, track, and close all maintenance work orders. Ensure all repairs and inspections are documented accurately, including parts used, completion times, and resolution notes. Order and maintain an inventory of approved replacement parts, tools, and supplies. Manage vendor relationships and coordinate delivery timelines for parts and equipment. Track parts usage and report cost trends or supply needs to Director of Field Ops and Management. Partner with General Managers, Assistant Managers, and Operations Leadership to minimize equipment downtime and ensure member satisfaction. Work closely with the Construction and Operations teams to support new club openings, remodels, or large-scale equipment upgrades. Travel between club locations to perform maintenance, repairs, and inspections as assigned. Maintain a safe and clean work environment, following all OSHA standards and safety procedures.
