Job Description Metal Fabrication Plant Manager Sierra Peaks Corporation is seeking an experienced and driven Plant Manager to lead operations at our sheet metal fabrication facility serving the maritime industry. This position reports directly to the Director of Operations and requires hands-on plant management.
