Job Description Job Description The candidate will be the gatekeeper of the law firm and will provide a variety of general office and clerical duties for the office staff. He/ She will greet clients and make them feel at ease. The candidate must have an impeccable image, be polished, professional, bilingual in English and Spanish. Responsibilities • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner, • Answer and properly route incoming calls on a multi-line telephone system., • Schedule and confirm clients on a daily basis., • Proficiency in social media, posting information, and responding to clients' inquiries, as well as follow-up to generate consultation., • Maintain office, stock the waiting area, and different offices with supplies., • Serve coffee/tea/water to guests and remove office trash., • Scan, photocopy, fax, and file documents., • Follow Instructions, • Collect, scan, and route mail and hand-delivered packages., • Create new case files in the case management program., • File documents and files accordingly on a daily basis., • Provide support to the attorney and the office staff; offering assistance when needed., • Ability to perform receptionist and administrative functions promptly and efficiently., • Strong orientation for quality service delivery and pleasant attitude on phone., • Possess a strong ability to give attention to detail, perform multiple tasks together, and work effectively with other members in a team setting., • Outstanding organizational skills to effectively process and carry items on the calendar., • Ability to follow instructions, communicate in a respectful manner., • Self-starter., • Associates degree preferred., • 2 or more years working in a legal office environment, previous experience in immigration law offices preferred.
