Job DescriptionDescription: Position Summary Under the direction and supervision of the Director of Early Childhood Services, the Supervisor -Early Childhood Services is responsible for providing day-to-day leadership and operational oversight of classroom staff and the implementation of high-quality educational programming across assigned classrooms. The Supervisor works closely with the Center Director to ensure that program standards are met and that teachers and support staff are well-supported, motivated, and equipped to provide a nurturing, inclusive, and developmentally appropriate learning environment. Job Description The Chief Medical Officer (CMO) serves as the senior clinical executive of Great Lakes Integrated Network (GLIN), a clinically integrated network (CIN) of more than 1,000 healthcare providers anchored by Kaleida Health and Erie County Medical Center (ECMC). GLIN brings together hospitals, physicians, and community providers across Western New York to improve access, coordination, and delivery of high-quality, efficient patient care through value-based partnerships. The CMO provides strategic, clinical, and operational leadership to drive network performance across GLIN's value-based programs, including CMS ACO REACH and commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid managed care contracts. This role ensures the alignment around clinical quality, total cost of care management, population health innovation, and the optimal use of the Epic EHR's population health capabilities. GLIN is committed to attracting the right clinical leader and is therefore flexible in both the expected time commitment—ideally 4 days per week to leave a day per week to clinical practice —and in shaping the organizational structure around the CMO role to fit the candidate's strengths and availability. Employer Engagement & Recruitment Extension · Manage employer participation across internships, early-career hiring, and post-internship recruitment extensions. · Support employers in converting interns and program participants into long-term hires. · Surface employer needs, behaviors, and constraints to inform program design and platform features. · Partner with the Engagement team to align employer readiness, expectations, and outcomes. Platform Feedback & Systems Design · Serve as a core feedback loop between the program operations and the organizations talent platform. · Inform platform design by translating real-world program needs, employer behavior, and participant feedback into actionable insights. · Help define workflows, data points, and user journeys that improve matching, engagement, and reporting. · Collaborate cross-functionally to test, refine, and improve tools that support program delivery.
