Position Details: Location: Remote or Draper, UT (Hybrid/Remote flexibility with up to 35% travel) At Joyce University of Nursing and Health Sciences, we are dedicated to preparing tomorrow’s healthcare professionals with the skills, confidence, and compassion to make a difference. As a Clinical Relations Specialist, you will be at the heart of that mission—building and maintaining the partnerships that ensure our nursing students have access to high-quality, real-world clinical experiences. This role is a dynamic blend of relationship management, problem-solving, and service. You’ll be the go-to connection between Joyce University and our clinical partners, ensuring placements run smoothly while cultivating long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with healthcare providers across the country. What You’ll Do • Foster and grow partnerships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare organizations to expand clinical placement opportunities., • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clinical sites, ensuring excellent communication and collaboration., • Negotiate and manage affiliation agreements in partnership with legal and clinical operations teams., • Place students in clinical rotations that align with program objectives—ensuring no gaps or delays in their educational journey., • Conduct regular check-ins with partners to surface feedback, solve problems, and build lasting relationships., • Maintain accurate placement and partner data using systems such as CORE, ASANA, and CRM tools., • A generous self-directed PTO policy, • Paid holidays and a 401(k) with employer match, • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, • Fully paid short-term and long-term disability coverage, • Professional development opportunities and world-class continuing education assistance, • 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, customer relations, or healthcare partnership roles., • Knowledge of the healthcare industry, with the ability to build credibility with providers and clinical sites., • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills., • Self-motivation and the ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment., • Experience with CRM or data management systems., • Bachelor’s degree preferred; academic or clinical placement experience a plus.
