You'll troubleshoot issues, configure devices, assist customers and staff with network-related problems, and escalate as needed. From handling calls professionally to documenting fixes and coordinating with vendors, you'll be at the front line of network operations and customer satisfaction. What You'll Bring • Commitment to Safety: A strong dedication to maintaining a safe environment -both physically and mentally- for yourself, your colleagues, and customers, • A minimum of 2 years of experience with basic WAN networking technologies, • Experience with or solid knowledge of Cisco networking devices, LAND, WAN, PS[EF routing, Windows OS (all), TCP/IP/ DNS/ VPN/ antivirus, e-mail and internet applications, remote access and familiarity with various computer hardware, • Ability to work some nights and weekends, • Ability to take charge in an outage situation, • Demonstrated critical thinking abilities, • Associate's degree in Networking Administration or equivalent, • CCNA, Network+, CCNTE or equivalent education, • Scripting knowledge (Shell, PERL, PHP), • Experience with or solid knowledge of IS-IS, MPLS, and monitoring tools such as Solarwinds, Cacti, Splunk, • In depth knowledge of Layer 2 technologies Our shifts consist of four 10-hour days, typically Sunday-Wednesday or Wednesday-Saturday, Holidays included. Shifts start at different times of the day based on business needs. Typically they start between 7:00-10:00 am, 12:00-14:00 pm or 21:00-23:00 pm. Techs rotate through the shifts every six months and receive a generous shift differential for overnight hours. Rotation allows for a full range of experience with our network and your future development with us. As our intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience through formal and informal training, building and supporting servers, networks, and security platforms, troubleshooting problems, attending events, networking with fellow interns, working with key Jack Link’s leaders and team members. At the completion of your internship, you will conduct a final presentation on your internship experience. About the Opportunity We are seeking a Clinical Account Manager based in Minneapolis, MN, to support Cleerly's rapid expansion in the Central U.S. region. This is a field-based role covering MN, ND, SD, IA, NE, MO, and KS, with frequent travel by car and plane. In this role, you will serve as a clinical liaison and relationship manager—ensuring existing accounts are successful, educated, and positioned for growth. You'll work directly with providers and physician stakeholders to drive adoption, uncover expansion opportunities, and deliver measurable impact. What You'll Do * Serve as the primary point of contact for clinical accounts, ensuring successful implementation and sustained adoption of Cleerly's cardiovascular technology. * Deliver ongoing education and training to cardiologists, radiologists, and referring providers on Cleerly's clinical value and product capabilities. * Develop and expand key account relationships with physicians, administrators, and other strategic stakeholders. * Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts through data analysis, provider feedback, and referral trends. * Partner cross-functionally with sales, implementation, and customer success to ensure seamless support for healthcare partners. * Support new product introductions and drive clinician awareness through peer education, onboarding, and in-service training. * Maintain accurate records and activity tracking in Salesforce.com. * Travel 50–80% within the assigned multi-state territory.
