Job Description • Oversee a crew of field service technicians, • Conduct weekly meetings to implement/review service procedures and offer on-going training, • Implement field & office procedures to advance service department, • Identify and provide training opportunities, • Communicate/assist/follow-up with field technicians throughout the day, • Close out jobs directly with technicians while on site, • Ensure proper follow-up for on-going jobs (ordering parts, sending quotes, contacting customers), • Assist dispatcher with scheduling throughout the day, • Ensure all jobs are being completed in a timely manner and within budget, • Conduct project site visits, as needed, • Review and prepare all closed jobs for billing by ensuring all tech notes are detailed and job costs are correct, • Assist with weekend/after-hours emergency service calls, • Assist in building a positive, healthy team cultureCompany DescriptionWe’re a small, family-owned HVAC company with big dreams to be the best HVAC company in New Jersey.
