Inventory Associate/Delivery Driver The Inventory Associate/Delivery Driver is a dual-function role responsible for supporting all aspects of inventory control and outbound delivery operations. This role ensures accuracy and compliance in the handling of finished goods while safely transporting cannabis and related merchandise to dispensaries and partners Your role in caring for our company: The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization in all inventory areas., • Pull all inventory-related items, including non-cannabis products, based on Apex invoices., • Verify compliance and accuracy of all packages prior to pulling, including METRC compliance., • Accurately case pack batches as required., • Participate in all vault inventory audits., • Maintain organization within product vaults., • Complete all daily duties on time and accept additional responsibilities as assigned., • Maintain open communication with management and team members regarding daily production output., • Flex to other departments within the production schedule as needed., • Comfortable working in environments ranging from 55°ree;–85°ree;., • Conduct daily visual inspections of the company transportation vehicle., • Safely and securely operate vehicle following all SOPs, safety guidelines, and road protocols., • Verify accuracy of METRC manifests and load deliveries according to route stops., • Unload and deliver all product boxes, adhering to each customer's on-site protocols., • Collect payments, verify payment methods, and communicate payment details to management., • Maintain accurate petty cash logs and ensure the vehicle remains clean and organized., • Uphold vehicle maintenance schedule (oil changes, tires, brakes, etc.)., • Complete daily delivery routes and transition to Inventory Department duties once routes are finished., • Flex to other departments as needed within the production schedule.
