Job Description xyngular® The Biohacking Company™ Job Description: Position Title: Leader Growth Coach Reports to: Director of Leader Growth & Development Position Summary The Leader Growth Coach is a dedicated business coach and development partner for Xyngular Brand Partners who are actively building network marketing businesses. This role exists to accelerate income growth, deepen leadership capability, and drive long-term retention through daily, personalized coaching rooted in data, strategy, and authentic relationship-building. Assigned a portfolio of 50+ Brand Partners by region or leadership rank, the Leader Growth Coach meets people where they are - and helps them see and reach where they could be. From analyzing business metrics to identifying emerging leaders, this role transforms potential into measurable performance. This is a forward-thinking, technology-enabled coaching role that leverages AI tools and reporting platforms to deliver timely, relevant, and highly personalized support. Brand Partners within portfolio have a personalized growth plan designed to move them toward their income and leadership goals. Position Responsibilities • Daily Coaching & Business Development, • Provide daily, proactive coaching to a portfolio of 50+ Brand Partners focused on business analysis, income growth, rank advancement, and leadership development., • Build personalized growth plans based on each Brand Partner's current metrics, goals, and potential., • Guide Brand Partners through challenges, celebrate wins, and maintain consistent motivation and momentum., • Identify and develop emerging leaders among High Achieving Brand Partners within each organization., • Business Analysis & Metrics Tracking, • Analyze Brand Partner business data using Lift IQ, Mode, and other reporting tools to identify growth opportunities, retention risks, and areas for improvement., • Develop a deep understanding of each Brand Partner's business - including team structure, volume trends, and rank trajectory., • Track and report portfolio performance metrics monthly to the Director of Leader Growth & Development., • Develop and communicate clear, actionable coaching priorities based on data insights., • Training & Skill Development, • Facilitate training sessions for Brand Partners covering core skill sets including Sales fundamentals, Leader Development, Compensation Plan, and Social Media Strategies., • Deliver group trainings, webinars, and coaching workshops to support portfolio-wide skill development., • Customize training delivery based on the development stage and needs of each Brand Partner or leader group., • Build and maintain product knowledge across Xyngular's supplement line and XMD peptide offerings - including GLP-1 therapy and longevity peptides - to effectively support Brand Partner conversations and training., • Leader Identification & Development, • Proactively identify high-potential leaders and create intentional development pathways., • Provide targeted coaching to declining leaders using metric-based intervention strategies, group training resources, and consistent 1:1 support., • Coach Brand Partners on recruitment, onboarding, and recognition best practices to build and retain healthy, growing teams., • AI-Powered Efficiency & Tools, • Leverage Claude AI, ChatGPT, Lift IQ, Mode, Google Docs, SharePoint, and Microsoft tools to streamline communications, manage caseloads, and develop personalized coaching resources., • Use AI tools to personalize outreach, draft follow-up plans, and surface growth insights across the portfolio., • Embrace evolving technology as a core and ongoing part of the coaching practice., • Events & Recognition, • Support and attend corporate events, leadership tours, and incentive trips in collaboration with the Sales Leadership and Events teams., • Promote recognition of Brand Partner achievements to reinforce motivation and business commitment. Competencies • Genuine passion for coaching, developing people, and celebrating others' success, • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into coaching action, • High emotional intelligence, active listening, and authentic relationship-building, • Skilled trainer and facilitator, comfortable leading group sessions and workshops, • Passionate advocate for Xyngular's supplement line with a clear understanding of XMD peptide offerings, including GLP-1 therapy and longevity peptides, • Proficiency with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT), reporting systems (Mode, Lift IQ), and productivity platforms (Google Docs, SharePoint, Microsoft tools), • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, • Self-motivated and organized, comfortable managing a high-volume coaching caseload Preferred Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred. Minimum Experience: 3+ years in coaching, sales, customer success, or leadership development. Preferred Experience: Network marketing or direct sales experience preferred.
