Job DescriptionDescription: General Description: Individual will serve as the guest contact/liaison for the Center. The Banquet Server is responsible for proper table service, hospitality, and professionalism, which are expected of a full-service facility. This position reports to the Banquet Manager, Assistant Banquet Manager, Banquet Captain, Food & Beverage Manager and/or Manager on Duty. Primary Responsibilities: • Works as scheduled and in proper uniform with nametag., • To act in a professional manner at all times., • To perform a pull for an event (all china, glass, silverware, and small wares)., • To polish all silverware, chafing dishes, and glassware prior to set up., • To obtain instructions for set up from Banquet Captain/Manager and execute these instructions immediately., • Individual must ask questions regarding set up, items to be served, pick up areas, pick up times, breakdown and coffee station locations; as well as communicate instructions to and from supervisor and other servers., • Responsible for the proper set up and service of all food functions assigned as stated in the waitstaff service manual., • Be aware of or obtain knowledge of guest comfort locations such as restrooms and pay phones., • Serve ladies first. Serve all food items from the left and clear such items from the right. Serve all beverages from the right., • Individual’s stations must be completely set and rechecked before the event begins to ensure all items are correctly placed., • Once the station is set up the individual must stand by station and be ready to greet the guests and begin service. Standing at parade rest with hands behind their back., • Respond to all guest requests with an expedient, cheerful and helpful manner. b) Provide guests with an opportunity for at least two cups of coffee minimum. In addition they must be prepared to produce a Doctor’s notification for illness., • Minimum high school education or equivalent required. Must be able to carry a tray with ten (10) dinners., • Extensive verbal interaction with patrons/guests, supervisors, and other employees in group situations. With us, it’s all about finding the job that’s just right. \n \nSchedule: Mon – Fri 8:00am – 5:00pm \nLength: Long term \nPayrate: $23 per hour \n \nThe administrative assistant will provide support to the R&D team with scheduling meetings, event logistics, purchasing support, and assistance with documentation and template maintenance. \n \n \nResponsibilities:\n\n\t • Manage meetings; schedule calendars, teleconferences, audio-visual / technology, catering, supplies, tours, and travel\n\t, • Review and respond to inquiries from internal and external customers\n\t, • Submit facility work orders, as needed, for building repairs\n\t, • Maintain office equipment such as copiers, printers, televisions, projectors, etc.\n\t, • Maintain office supplies, membership dues, and subscription renewals\n\t, • Coordinate R&D all staff events\n\t, • Support onboarding of new team members within R&D\n\t, • Handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality and discretion\n\t, • Partner with all R&D administrative assistants in supporting staff\n\t, • Manage departmental budgeting responsibilities:\n\t, • Create requisitions for Purchase Authorizations (POs) and maintain backup documentation\n\t, • Vendor Profile Management; work directly with vendors to create a profile in B+L payment system\n\t, • Submit and track vendor payments\n\t, • Responsible for department purchasing card allocation and reconciliation\n\t, • Generate reporting to communicate across business\n\t, • Documentation creation, editing and support\n\nQualifications:\n\n\n\t, • Associates degree or equivalent preferred\n\t, • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is required\n\t, • Basic knowledge or experience with cGMP environments is beneficial\n\t Get a complete career fit with Kelly®.
