Role Summary As a Brand Ambassador at Roda, you will play an important role in helping to raise brand awareness. You will work closely with the marketing team to participate in community initiatives. More about the role * Community Marketing Engagement * Learn the brand's pillars, mission, and services, to be able to speak with the public about those services. * Assist in the execution of community events, including set-up and teardown, to foster relationships with potential customers. * Attend community events to promote Roda's services, engage event attendees with product giveaways, offers and swag * Share feedback after the event with the marketing team, offering ideas for improvement Content Creation: * While attending events, capture video and image content to be used in social media posts * Create social media posts for review by the Marketing team What we look for * High School diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred. * Prior experience in customer service or a community engagement role preferred. * Excellent verbal communication skills. Comfortable engaging with the public during activation events. * Outgoing personality, positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn and adapt. * Availability to work outside of traditional hours to attend local events and activations. * Have reliable transportation; be able to travel within the Washington DC area to attend events. * Able to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs. * Must pass background check.
