Job Description America's Test Kitchen is seeking an Assistant Culinary Producer- ATK Classes to support the Digital Content team. Your Day-to-Day: The Assistant Culinary Producer - ATK Classes reports to the Executive Editor, Video and Classes and is tasked primarily with organizing the culinary production for video and photo shoots for online cooking classes. This includes attending script and pre-production meetings, writing prep lists, organizing shot lists, ordering groceries, and cooking for Classes videos, styled food shoots, and step shoots. In addition to working on Classes, the Assistant Culinary Producer will support other video projects as assigned by the Executive Editor and the Director of Culinary Production. The Assistant Culinary Producer will also support the America’s Test Kitchen and Cook’s Country television shows, as well as other television projects as they arise. This position is full-time, on-site, and requires early starts and late wraps as individual shoots dictate. JOB DUTIES: • Provide case management services to clients that have been identified as complex clients per CBES criteria, policies and procedures or clients being enrolled in new or specialized programs. Admissions · Serves as the primary contact for new admission inquiries. · Completes pre-admission assessment and determination of financial eligibility in collaboration with the Special Care Residence Manager including mental health history and psychosocial issues. · Assists the Executive Director in implementing marketing plans including networking with potential referral sources such as physicians, hospitals, case managers and other community representatives. · Educates and assists potential residents and their families with Admissions process, including, but not limited to reviewing lease, rights and disclosures, and ensuring all necessary admission paperwork is completed and maintained. · Provides tours of the facility, answers all admission calls, and verifies all insurance and financial information. · Represents the Facility when working with other agencies, departments, and other organizations. Case Management · Ensures effective case management and follow-up practices. · Assists residents and families with financial, social security, Medicare and insurance issues as requested. · Assists Executive Director with regard to policies and procedures, resident safety, ability to age in place, and discharge planning as needed. · Attends and completes all annual in-services as required by EOEA. · Participates in multidisciplinary care plan meetings as needed, identifying problems, setting goals and reviewing outcomes. · Documents all case management activities promptly in Resident records. · Assists in developing a Comprehensive Service Plan and review every 6 months. · Reviews Initial Assessments after 30 days and at a minimum of every 6 months thereafter. · Oversees the completion of Introductory Visits on all new residents and after a significant change. · Completes all required documentation within regulatory guidelines. · Provides information and referral as needed for Residents. · Provides outreach and remains updated on community resources. · Provides and/or arrange in-services to assist staff in understanding assisted living, Resident’s rights, psychosocial issues, mental health, disabilities, dementia care, and MR. · Respects the confidentiality and privacy of Residents in and out of building. · Reports incidents within appropriate time to the Executive Director, and State agency as required by regulations.
