Job Description Position Summary: The NetSuite Administrator / Developer is responsible for managing, optimizing, and enhancing our NetSuite ERP system to support finance, operations, supply chain, and ecommerce functions. This role combines system administration, customization, and development to ensure NetSuite runs efficiently, securely, and in alignment with business goals. Primary Responsibilities: · Manage day-to-day NetSuite administration, including user access, roles and permissions, security controls, system configuration, and performance monitoring. · Oversee system upgrades, patches, and feature releases while maintaining documentation and data integrity. · Design and develop custom workflows, scripts, forms, records, and reports using SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and native NetSuite tools. · Build automation, approval processes, dashboards, and advanced saved searches to improve reporting and business intelligence. · Develop and maintain integrations with ecommerce platforms, logistics providers, website, sales tools, and warehouse management systems using APIs and middleware tools. · Partner with finance, sales, operations, and supply chain teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. · Optimize order management, inventory, procurement, and fulfillment workflows to improve efficiency and user experience. · Provide technical support, troubleshooting, user training, and documentation to ensure consistent system adoption. · Lead system implementations, enhancements, and optimization projects in coordination with internal stakeholders and external vendors. · Support audits, compliance initiatives, and continuous system improvement efforts. Minimum Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience · 7–10 years of relevant professional experience · Minimum 3 years of hands-on NetSuite administration and development experience · Strong proficiency in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, NetSuite reporting tools, and core ERP modules · Experience with system integrations and ecommerce platforms · Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills · NetSuite certification preferred · Experience in wholesale, distribution, manufacturing, or furniture industries preferred · Detail-oriented, organized, and business-focused · Ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment · Demonstrated commitment to continuous system improvement Required Technical Proficiency: · NetSuite administration (roles, permissions, system setup) · SuiteScript 2.x and SuiteFlow development · Saved Searches, Reports, and Dashboards · Advanced Microsoft Excel (reporting, analysis, data modeling) · Inventory and Order Management processes · JavaScript fundamentals and Git-based version control · NetSuite reporting and analytics tools · REST and SOAP APIs · Integration platforms (Celigo, Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, Jitterbit) · Order and inventory synchronization and automation · CSV imports (NetSuite Import Assistant) · Order feeds, pricing updates, and automation · Shipping and carrier integrations (FedEx, UPS, or similar) · WMS platform integration · Fulfillment, freight, and logistics reporting workflows · logistics workflows Company DescriptionClassic Home began when founder Harpal Singh started selling handwoven kilim rugs, believing that authentically crafted pieces made with honest materials could transform spaces and reshape how people live in them.
