Job DescriptionDispatcher – Electrical, Handyman & Remodel Location: Hutto, TX Company: A Team Home Services Job Type: Full-Time A Team Home Services is seeking a dependable and highly organized Dispatcher to coordinate daily schedules for our Electrical, Handyman, and Remodel departments. This role is an in-office position and is essential to keeping technicians productive, jobs on track, and customers informed. The ideal candidate can manage multiple schedules, communicate clearly with field teams and customers, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced service environment.Responsibilities: Scheduling & Dispatch • Assign service calls and schedule jobs based on technician skill, availability, job type, and business unit., • Schedule sold jobs, ensuring deposits, invoices, job splits, and business unit assignments are accurate., • Monitor job progress throughout the day and make real-time schedule adjustments as needed to maximize productivity., • Ensure all jobs are correctly split and assigned to the appropriate business unit.Coordination, • Coordinate inspections and service disconnect with utility providers and city officials., • Coordinate in-house remodel labor when handyman or electrical support is required., • Verify materials and purchase orders are prepared and aligned with scheduled installations.Technician Support & Performance Tracking, • Conduct post-call reviews with technicians after each job to confirm scope completion, performance, and opportunities., • Mark completed job reviews accurately and in a timely manner., • Track job completions, including extended jobs, callbacks, and missed opportunities., • Keep the SPIFF and incentive tracking sheet accurate and up to date on a daily basis., • Apply SPIFFs and any payroll adjustments., • Maintain precise job records, invoices, payment tracking, and internal documentation to support payroll and reporting.Customer Support, • Perform follow-up (“happy”) calls with customers after each job to confirm satisfaction., • Identify concerns and escalate unresolved issues to the Service Manager or General Manager as appropriate.Reporting, • Prepare daily reports on completed jobs, upsells, close rates, SPIFFs, and technician performance., • Provide weekly operational and performance reports to leadership to support decision-making.Qualifications, • Prior dispatching, scheduling, or coordination experience preferred, • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, • Clear, professional verbal and written communication, • Prior Service Titan experience a plus, • Ability to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced environmentCompensation, • $15-$17 per hour depending on experience, • Weekly bonuses based on department revenue totaling $30k-$45k per yearWhy A Team Home Services: At A Team Home Services, you’ll join a growing, locally owned home services company known for quality workmanship, dependable service, and integrity.
