The Intake Coordinator helps coordinate patients on home infusion therapies with Landmark Infusion. The Intake Coordinator will collaborate with internal staff such as the Reimbursement Specialists and Client Relations Directors in a timely manner on the status of the patient. They will also communicate with external sources such as patients, caregivers, and referral partners to ensure the patient’s plan of care is followed and all parties are informed. The Intake Coordinator should work with a sense of urgency and efficiency while displaying a high level of customer service and follow through with patients and referral partners.
