Job Description The Weekend Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing all hotel operations during peak periods, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage. Acting as the Manager on Duty, this role ensures a seamless guest experience, strong team performance, and efficient operations across all departments. This position is highly visible, hands-on, and requires confident decision-making in a fast-paced environment. This position is weekends only.
