Quinn Evans has a full-time position available for a marketing coordinator. The position will support our practice-driven marketing and business development functions. The position can be located in any of our office locations. The ideal candidate is a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, detail-oriented, graphics savvy, and has strong written and oral communication skills. Responsibilities • Coordinate and develop efforts for all stages of project pursuits, including qualifications, proposal packages, and presentations, • Support proposal production process including proofreading, editing for grammar, spelling, comprehension, consistency, and assembling and delivering final documents, • Maintenance and management of marketing information and systems, including, but not limited to:, • Collateral and templates, • Marketing content (i.e. project descriptions, resumes, and text library), • CRM database – data gathering and input, • Digital asset library, project descriptions, resumes, and other collateral materials, • Conduct marketing research and lead searching, • Assist as required with multi-platform communications, including marketing campaigns, social media efforts, • Support development and submission of awards entries, • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, Journalism, English, Graphic Design, or another related technical field, • Minimum of 3 years of marketing or business development experience in the A/E/C industry REQUIRED., • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite, • Ability to deliver detailed assignments with high levels of accuracy, • Strong time-management skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, • Ability to work collaboratively as part of inter-office teams, • Strong oral, written, and graphic communication skills $68,000 - $83,000 Quinn Evans is an equal opportunity employer, offering employment to qualified individuals regardless of race, color, national origin, religion, sex, age, sexual orientation/gender status, Veteran's status, and disability.
