Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a skilled IT Technician to provide comprehensive technical support within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting computer hardware, software, and network systems to ensure optimal operational efficiency. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer service-oriented mindset, and proficiency in various operating systems and IT infrastructure components. The IT Technician will play a vital role in supporting our IT environment, including desktop support, network management, and security protocols. Temporary position Located in Anaheim, CA Offering $22-24/hr. Duties • Provide technical support and assistance to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues., • Manage and troubleshoot computer systems across Windows operating systems., • Maintain and configure computer hardware components, including desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices., • Support computer networking tasks such as LAN setup, VPN configuration, firewall management, and LAN troubleshooting., • Assist with the management of IT infrastructure using tools like BMC Remedy, ServiceNow, and Jira for ticketing and incident tracking., • Perform software troubleshooting for applications including Microsoft Office suite and other enterprise software., • Ensure security protocols are followed by configuring and maintaining firewalls and VPNs., • Support help desk operations by resolving user issues efficiently and professionally., • Document technical procedures and maintain accurate records of support activities., • 1-2 years of proven experience in providing IT support or desktop support in a professional environment., • Experience with Active Directory user and group management (e.g., disabling accounts, adding to groups) under supervision., • Experience supporting Dell laptops/desktops and common business printers., • Exposure to ticketing and remote support tools (e.g., NinjaOne, similar RMM, or helpdesk systems)., • Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or similar environment with onsite equipment is a plus., • Practical experience troubleshooting Windows 10/11 endpoints (software installs, drivers, printers, network drives, common user issues)., • Experience working tickets in a helpdesk or ticketing system and following escalation procedures., • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 in a business environment (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Office apps)., • Basic understanding of networking concepts (LAN, Wi‐Fi, IP addressing, VPN) sufficient to troubleshoot simple connectivity issues., • Reliable, organized, and able to follow standard procedures while asking for help when needed.Company DescriptionOur Professional Division works with clients as a stakeholder in their hiring strategy and process.
