About the role • Answer incoming calls and chats and analyze questions and concerns from insureds and/or producers to resolve issues in a timely manner;, • Answer technical questions from producers and assist them in the navigation of the system;, • Processes incoming faxes, emails, and phone requests, responding promptly and appropriately;, • Solicit additional data from insured’s or producers and explain the basis for underwriting determinations and report risk alerts to underwriting;, • Determines reasons for requests for cancellations; follows the procedure for retention., • Complies with state and federal laws, Department of Insurance criteria, insurance carrier, and Aspire General's policies, procedures, and work rules;, • Review, evaluate, and issue endorsements;, • Produce grammatically correct and clearly written correspondence including letters, memos, reports, emails, and policy file documentation;, • Prompt and regular attendance;, • Other duties as assigned.Requirements:, • A current P&C license in the state of CA is required.
