Job Summary The Parking Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of parking facilities at the Bojangles Entertainment Complex. • Essential Job Duties, • Hires, Manages and develops parking lot team, which includes but is not limited to PT Supervisor, PT Parking Leads, and PT Parking Attendants, • Produce and administers weekly/monthly parking revenue reports., • Participates in the development and maintains annual operating budget., • Reviews and audits revenue reports on a daily and monthly basis., • Attends scheduled departmental and interdepartmental meetings., • Serves as a liaison for all parking needs, including assisting with any new parking projects., • Schedules and maintains all parking lot maintenance to include landscaping, repaving, painting, salting, etc., • Enters/Audits/Manages monthly parking accounts to ensure proper access to the facility for the appropriate personnel., • Maintains daily operational, maintenance, safety, and cleanliness needs of parking facilities at all times to ensure client experience meets CRVA standards., • Oversees and audits daily cash/payment operations to ensure organizational policies and procedures are followed., • Serve as liaison to CMPD for the scheduling of the parking lot, event strategies, and other needs, • Develops daily staffing levels for parking maintenance, part-time parking staff, and plans for special events., • Completes all payroll responsibilities as needed for the Parking Lot Team., • May perform other duties as required., • Must be able to work a flexible schedule which may consist of nights and/or weekends and holidays., • Consistently deliver the best in customer service. Scope of Responsibility • This job is responsible for budgetary analysis, preparation, and review., • This job will have periodic access to confidential data including wages and salaries, company records and/or minutes, customer quotes, product costs, and company plans, designs, and/or programs. Supervisory Responsibility • The Parking Manager is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these units., • The Parking Manager oversees four full-time employees and directly and/or indirectly supervises up to twenty part-time employees., • Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Knowledge and Skill Requirements • 3-5 years as a parking manager or similar role, • Have knowledge of latest industry standards, trends, and operational processes, • Strong leadership and management skills, • Demonstrated excellent written and verbal skills Education and Experience • Associate degree required, Bachelors degree preferred., • Two to three years related experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience., • To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office to include word, PowerPoint, Graph, Data sorting, and Calculation programing. Familiarity with any PARCS system and its application required. Physical Demands • The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 50 pounds., • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk and stand; use hands to handle or feel and talk or hear. Work Environment • The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate., • Position is required to work in the elements - heat, wind, rain, snow, etc. Travel Required • This job has no travel requirements.
