Job DescriptionSalary: Hourly + Uncapped Commission Commercial Sales Representative Janitorial & Facilities Services What Youll Do • Generate new business by building strong relationships with property managers, facility directors, HOAs, building owners, and commercial clients., • Promote the full suite of Green Vine Janitorial services including day porter, nightly janitorial, floor care, window cleaning, pressure washing, restroom sanitation, post-construction cleaning, and special projects., • Conduct property walkthroughs to assess cleaning needs and develop accurate scopes of work., • Prepare, present, and negotiate professional proposals tailored to each client., • Manage a strong sales pipeline through consistent outreach, networking, and follow-up., • Track leads, proposals, and activity within Aspire (CRM)., • Collaborate with janitorial operations to ensure quality service delivery., • Attend industry networking events to build brand presence. What Were Looking For • 2+ years of successful sales experience in janitorial, facility services, or related industries., • Ability to conduct job walks, prepare scopes, and write proposals., • Proven closer with a strong track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets., • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills., • Organized, detail-oriented, and consistent with CRM usage., • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation., • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
