Job DescriptionPay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year Job description: Samaritan Counseling Center Hawai‘i Position Title: Therapist (Licensed: LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW) Remote, in-person, and hybrid options available Reports To: Clinical Director Position Summary Samaritan Counseling Center Hawai‘i (SCCH) is seeking Licensed Mental Health Professionals (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist or LMFT, Licensed Mental Health Counselor or LMHC, or Licensed ClLCSW) to join our expanding clinical team. This full-time position is designed to increase access to high-quality, affordable mental health services across Hawaiʻi. We welcome recently licensed therapists as well as more experienced clinicians, and compensation is determined based on experience and clinical background. Therapists provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families in a culturally responsive manner. Services are offered through a hybrid model that includes telehealth statewide and optional in-person sessions at SCCH office locations when space is available. SCCH handles all billing, credentialing, marketing, and administrative support, enabling therapists to focus on client care. Work Location This position can be primarily remote, with the option for in-person sessions at any available SCCH location.
