Role Overview We’re looking for a Senior Director of Strategic Solutions to help drive enterprise growth through consultative, high-value sales engagements. This role sits at the intersection of sales strategy, customer insight, and solution design—partnering with executive clients and internal leaders to deliver impactful, scalable solutions. What You’ll Do: As a Senior Director of Strategic Solutions, you will: • Lead and support complex, solution-based sales opportunities across priority accounts, • Engage with senior-level client stakeholders as a trusted advisor, • Translating customer needs into compelling, differentiated solutions, • Partner with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams to drive growth, • Influence deal strategy, pricing, and executive-level proposals, • Identify and expand growth opportunities within strategic accounts, • Drive consistency in solution-selling best practices across the sales organization What We’re Looking For: • Three to Five years of non-retail sales or sales consulting experience., • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Healthcare Management, or Marketing required., • A proactive, team-oriented mindset Key Responsibilities: • Capture and record key information throughout the sales cycle to inform pipeline activity and strategic planning., • Consistently meet and exceed assigned quarterly and annual sales targets through new and existing broker channel relationships., • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with organizational growth objectives and market opportunities., • Drive new business acquisition while expanding and retaining existing broker/client relationships., • Educate the market on the advantages of defined contribution solutions and Nexben’s competitive advantage(s)., • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), forecasts, and pipeline health., • Partner cross-functionally with other Nexben departments/teams and executive leadership to ensure alignment across the revenue lifecycle., • Represent the voice of the customer by providing market intelligence and competitive insights to inform product and go-to-market strategy., • Routinely gather competitive intelligence and market data to help drive and inform sales strategy., • Support additional strategic initiatives and responsibilities as assigned., • Utilize creative prospecting methods to effectively prioritize high-potential opportunities with brokers, HR leaders, and/or decision-makers., • Support other functions as assigned. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field from an accredited institution required; MBA or advanced degree preferred., • Demonstrated success selling complex solutions within health technology, SaaS, or regulated healthcare environments. This position requires up to 25 percent travel. Primary travel is within the local area and between offices, including travel to Company-sponsored events or training.
