Job DescriptionConstruction Superintendent / Project Manager Location: Albuquerque, New Mexico Home – 90 % Traveling Kassam Construction is looking for an experienced Construction Superintendent / Project Manager to lead Hospitality renovation projects across the US. This is a senior role for someone who can take full ownership of both the big picture and day-to-day execution. At Kassam Construction, we believe great construction starts with people. What You'll Do You'll lead projects from pre-construction through completion, managing teams, schedules, budgets, and jobsite performance while maintaining high standards for safety and quality . Safety Leadership · Set and enforce jobsite safety standards · Run regular safety inspections and meetings · Ensure compliance with OSHA and local regulations Project Planning & Execution · Define scope, timelines, and key milestones · Build and manage project schedules · Coordinate labor, materials, and subcontractors to stay on track Budget & Cost Management · Develop and manage project budgets · Review and approve expenses · Support contract negotiations and cost adjustments Field Leadership · Oversee daily jobsite operations · Assign work based on team strengths · Coordinate closely with subcontractors and suppliers · Manage procurement and delivery of materials and equipment Risk & Problem Solving · Identify risks early and create contingency plans · Adjust plans as needed to avoid delays and cost overruns Quality Control · Maintain high standards across all phases of construction · Perform site inspections and address issues quickly · Ensure compliance with AHJ codes and project requirements Communication · Lead project meetings · Keep clients, teams, and stakeholders informed · Maintain clear and consistent documentation What We're Looking For · Willingness to Travel up to 90% of the time. · 5+ years of experience in construction management or superintendent roles · Strong knowledge of construction methods, building systems, and safety standards · Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractor relationships · Knowledge of construction software: Procore, Bluebeam, Project Manager. · Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills · Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred Why Kassam Construction We're building more than projects. Your day as a Night Auditor As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for reconciling daily transactions, preparing financial reports, and ensuring accuracy in guest billing. What we're looking for in a Night Auditor To excel as a Night Auditor, candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the hotel industry. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating a caring and compassionate attitude towards guests and colleagues. Moreover, the physical demands of the position require the ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move items as needed.
