Director of Innovation With more than 40 years of industry leadership and a strong foundation for growth, the company is seeking a forward-thinking, strategic leader to drive innovation across the organization. The Director of Innovation will champion new ideas, technologies, and processes that enhance project delivery, improve operational efficiency, and position the company at the forefront of the construction industry. Reporting to the President, this role partners across operations, preconstruction, technology, finance, HR and business development to identify opportunities, pilot solutions, and scale impactful innovations. The Director will lead initiatives that improve how we plan, build, and deliver—ensuring the organization continues to evolve, adapt, and grow in a rapidly changing industry. Job Requirements Education & Experience • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, business, information systems, data analytics, or related field required; MBA strongly preferred., • Minimum 5 + years of progressive experience in construction, technology, operations, business or innovation leadership roles., • Proven experience improving, implementing, and scaling company tools, systems, or digital platforms, • Strong understanding of construction technologies (e.g., project management platforms, VDC/BIM, field technology, ERP systems) Normal professional office setting and some on-site field work. Evening and/or weekend work. Travel required. Typical Physical Needs Requires prolonged sitting, some bending, stooping and stretching. Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, photocopier, telephone, calculator and other office equipment. Requires normal range of hearing and eyesight to record, prepare and communicate appropriate reports. May need to climb stairs, ladders and/or scaffolding and lift up to 30 lbs.
