Job Description About the Opportunity We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Property Manager to oversee a scattered-site portfolio of market-rate residential properties across the Boston area. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a dynamic environment, excels at team leadership, and has a strong background in operational performance, budgeting, and property optimization. You will play a key role in driving portfolio success, improving asset performance, and ensuring operational excellence across multiple locations. Key Responsibilities • Oversee day-to-day operations of a scattered-site residential portfolio, • Lead and support on-site teams including leasing, maintenance, and vendors, • Drive occupancy, collections, and resident satisfaction, • Prepare and manage annual budgets, financial reports, and performance metrics, • Monitor KPIs including delinquency, turnover, and maintenance response times, • Manage capital improvements, renovations, and value-add initiatives, • Ensure compliance with company policies, Fair Housing, and local regulations, • Oversee vendor relationships, contracts, and service performance, • 5+ years of Property Management experience (Senior PM or Portfolio level preferred), • Experience managing multi-site or scattered-site portfolios strongly preferred, • Strong background in budgeting, financial reporting, and operational oversight, • Proven leadership experience managing teams and vendors, • Experience with value-add properties, renovations, or repositioning assets is a plus, • Knowledge of leasing operations, tenant relations, and compliance, • Hands-on, operational leader (not just administrative), • Strong tenure and commitment in previous roles, • Experience working with owner-operated or value-add portfolios, • Ability to streamline operations and improve asset performance, • Competitive salary: $90K–$120K (based on experience), • Stable, growing portfolio, • Opportunity to oversee high-impact assets, • Supportive leadership team (Or text Ashley directly at 469-425-2401 for immediate consideration) #ZIPDH BGSF is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
