Job DescriptionPosition Title: Traveling Custodian and Maintenance Technician Campus: All Reports To: Operations Director Status: Part-time, 12 hours Position Summary: We are seeking a reliable and self-motivated Part-Time Traveling Custodial and Maintenance Technician to support multiple locations by ensuring facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained. This role requires regular travel between sites and the ability to perform a mix of custodial tasks and light maintenance duties. This position is connected to the faith and ministry of the church and moves forward the mission and vision of Central Christian Church. SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS: Required: • 6+ years of related experience, • Ability to obtain approval through BATF for access to work at all plant locations., • Demonstrated ability to manage several projects at the same time., • Good judgement and able to set priorities aligned with business needs., • Professional level communication skills, both written and verbal, • General understanding of National Electrical code including but not limited to NFPA 70E and how it applies to both hazardous and non-hazardous locations, and regulations, • Ability to read and interpret facility and building blueprints., • Proficiency with MS Office Suites, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project COMPETENCIES: • Excellent communication and collaboration skills., • Strong attention to detail, • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities., • Ability to work in fast-paced environments., • Leadership or teamwork abilities.
