ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Perform diagnostic tests on HVAC equipment to identify operational issues., • Conduct repairs, routine maintenance, and installations on heating and cooling systems., • Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about their HVAC systems and service progress., • Maintain accurate records of service and repairs completed., • Comply with safety protocols and local codes while executing service work., • Keep abreast of current industry technical developments and advancements.
