As a Restaurant Manager, you'll lead by example, ensuring seamless service and exceptional guest experiences while working closely with our culinary team. Responsibilities: • Oversee all aspects of daily restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, inventory management, and financial performance., • Lead by example, providing guidance and support to staff members to ensure they deliver outstanding service and uphold company service standards., • Monitor the dining room and bar areas to ensure a smooth and efficient flow of service, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner., • Train and develop staff members to enhance their skills and foster a culture of excellence and teamwork., • Provides in-the-moment coaching and recognition to support crew development and uphold service excellence., • Contributes to the development of sales-driving initiatives, marketing strategies, and team incentive programs., • Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain the quality and consistency of menu offerings, ensuring that food and beverage standards are met at all times., • Manage inventory levels and control costs to maximize profitability while minimizing waste and shrinkage., • Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, soliciting feedback and addressing any concerns to ensure a positive dining experience., • Minimum of 4 years of experience in restaurant management, in a high-volume, full-service, upscale/polished environment., • Proven track record of delivering exceptional service and achieving financial targets., • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team of employees., • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail., • Solid understanding of restaurant operations, including inventory management, cost control, and guest relations., • Stong F&B knowledge and a passion for creating a 5-star experience. Licenses & Certifications Required: • Manager Food Handler Certificate, • RBS Certificate, • Regular lifting, moving and carrying of food items, furniture, garbage etc. weighing up to 30 pounds across the restaurant, • Regular and prolonged standing and walking inside and outside the restaurant during a 6-8 hour shift with appropriate breaks, • Regular ascending/descending stairs, • Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
