A Day in the Life of the Business Development Manager I, II, or III A Day in the Life of the Business Development Manager: Negotiate new Right of Entry (Access) agreements with property owners and management firms. Facilitate agreements through negotiating contracts with landlords/property owners/ decision makers. When necessary, re-negotiate renewal of contracts to ensure that we can continue providing service to building tenants. Consistent relationship building within the commercial real estate market to support current and future business opportunities. Cultivate new and existing relationships with developers, property owners, managers, boards and associations. This will include face-to-face meetings, video calls, phone and email interactions.
