Job DescriptionStone Installer Great Lakes Granite Works • Comstock Park, MI $22–$26 per hour + OT Full time In person Start 6:00 a.m. Tools and PPE providedWhy join • Stable hours with regular overtime, about 48 hours per week., • On the job training with a crew that looks out for each other., • Tools and PPE provided on day one., • Growth within a respected West Michigan stone shop.What you will do, • Meet at the Comstock Park shop at 6:00 a.m., load your truck, and depart by 7:00 a.m., • Install custom stone features in residential and commercial settings, including countertops, vanities, surrounds, and specialty pieces., • Read drawings, verify details on site, and complete precise fit and finish., • Move and set heavy stone safely with team lifts, carts, winches, straps, and hand tools., • Drive company vehicles, including pickups, work vans, and box trucks., • Interact professionally with clients in their homes and businesses., • Help in the shop as needed to keep projects moving.What you bring, • Physical ability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy stone with your team and material handling equipment., • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record that meets company insurance standards for the past 7 years., • Reliable, coachable, and team oriented., • Hands-on experience from construction, cabinetry, fabrication, machining, or similar work is helpful., • Professionalism with customers and pride in quality work.Pay, schedule, and travel, • $22 to $26 per hour to start, based on experience., • Monday to Friday, about 48 hours per week., • Start and return to 3970 W River Dr NE, Comstock Park, MI 49321., • Most work is within Michigan.
