Este rol combina estrategia y ejecucin, gestionando relaciones con cuentas clave y distribuidores, identificando nuevas oportunidades de negocio y asegurando la implementacin efectiva de las estrategias comerciales que posicionen a la compaa como referente en ambos canales. Responsabilidades principales • Gestin de cuentas: Desarrollar y mantener relaciones estratgicas con cuentas clave, distribuidores y cadenas regionales en EE. UU., liderando planes de negocio anuales, revisiones conjuntas (JBP) y estrategias promocionales., • Estrategia y ejecucin comercial: Disear y ejecutar planes de ventas orientados al crecimiento en ingresos, distribucin y rentabilidad. Identificar oportunidades de expansin de portafolio y optimizacin del punto de venta., • Conocimiento del mercado: Analizar tendencias del mercado minorista estadounidense y el comportamiento del consumidor hispano para anticipar oportunidades y adaptar estrategias efectivas., • Colaboracin interfuncional: Trabajar de manera coordinada con marketing, trade marketing, supply chain, finanzas y equipos de campo para garantizar la correcta ejecucin de iniciativas comerciales y promocionales., • Gestin financiera y analtica: Administrar presupuestos de trade marketing y promociones, monitorear KPIs, evaluar resultados y reportar el desempeo comercial a la direccin. Job Description Responsible for driving sales growth, building strong brands, and expanding market share within both the Hispanic retail channel and the mainstream retail channel in the United States. This role combines strategic and operational execution, managing relationships with key accounts and distributors, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the effective implementation of commercial strategies that strengthen the companys presence across both channels. Main Responsibilities • Account Management: Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key accounts, distributors, and regional retail chains in the U.S. Lead annual business planning, joint business reviews (JBP), and promotional strategies aligned with both customer and company objectives., • Commercial Strategy & Execution: Design and implement sales plans to achieve revenue, distribution, and profitability targets. Identify opportunities for portfolio expansion, assortment optimization, and improved in-store visibility., • Market & Channel Knowledge: Leverage a deep understanding of the U.S. retail landscapeincluding supermarkets, convenience stores, clubs, and value formatsto adapt strategies that effectively target Hispanic consumers. Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and shopper behavior to anticipate and respond to industry dynamics., • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, trade marketing, supply chain, finance, and field sales teams to ensure the effective execution of commercial and brand initiatives., • Financial & Analytical Management: Manage trade marketing and promotional budgets, ensuring ROI-driven decision-making. Track key performance indicators, analyze sales data, and prepare performance reports for management.
